How it works

    Open the assistant from any screen and ask in plain words. Type it, or speak it in supported browsers. Ask in English, Hindi, Gujarati or another language.

    Get an answer with its source

    The assistant answers from your own records and reports, and says where each answer came from. If it is not sure, it says so, instead of guessing.

    Go straight to the record

    Every answer links to the screen behind it. Click through to the shipment, invoice or report and carry on with the work.

It answers questions. It never changes your data.

The assistant is read-only. It cannot create, edit, approve, send or delete anything. It sees only what the person asking is allowed to see, so a sales user cannot ask it for figures their role does not show. You decide which roles can use it.

Questions

Can the assistant change or delete anything?

No. It is read-only by design. It answers questions and takes you to the right screen, but it cannot create, edit, approve, send or delete anything.

Will my staff see figures they are not allowed to see?

No. The assistant sees only what the person asking may see. Its answers follow the same permissions as the rest of Expodite.

Which languages can I ask in?

English, Hindi, Gujarati and other languages. The answer comes back in the language you asked in.

How do I know an answer is right?

Every answer names its source and links to the screen behind it. Figures come from the same reports the screens use, and if the assistant is not sure, it says so instead of guessing.
