How it works

    Record the booking

    Add the booking, vessel or flight, cut-off, ETD and ETA as soon as the booking is confirmed.

    Record the loading

    Add container and seal numbers, VGM and photos of the loading.

    Record sailing and the BL

Where do the booking and BL details come from?

Your team records them on the shipment as the booking, loading and sailing happen. They then sit beside the shipment's documents, so everyone sees the same details.

Can we see everything in transit at once?

Yes. Filter the shipment list by status to see what is in transit, delivered or on hold, with ETD and ETA beside each one.

What alerts will we get?
